The Bali Fashion Trend (BFT) 2024 once again captivated the fashion world with its dynamic series of events held at TS Suites Seminyak, Bali, from September 27 to 29, 2024. This annual event brought together 61 designers, both local and international, including a special appearance by a designer from Malaysia. Each showcased their unique collections, reflecting their creative vision and setting new fashion trends that engaged the audience.

The theme for this year, "Strive," gave designers the opportunity to express their perseverance, creativity, and boldness in pushing the boundaries of design. Each collection served as a testament to the hard work behind these innovative creations, leaving a lasting impression on the fashion industry. The theme resonated deeply with visitors and professionals, embodying the tireless spirit of the designers.

Beyond the fashion shows, BFT 2024 offered talk shows, fashion exhibitions, and field trips, which added depth to the event. One highlight was the daily talk shows. On September 27, 2024, a session titled "Future Trends" delved into sustainable fashion by showcasing the Geringsing weaving culture. This discussion intrigued attendees interested in how traditional craftsmanship can be fused with modern fashion trends.

The following day, September 28, 2024, featured a talk show titled "Organic Field by Stylem," presented by Mr. Shunji Takamori. He emphasized the importance of using organic materials in fashion, which resonated with eco-conscious designers and producers committed to creating environmentally friendly products. The event culminated on September 29, 2024, with a talk titled "Zero-Waste Fashion: Realizing Sustainable Fashion Without a Trace." This session, featuring prominent figures like Ali Charisma, Wignyo Rahadi, and Mey Hasibuan, tackled the urgent issue of sustainability in fashion, offering insights on how the industry can be both eco-friendly and stylish.

BFT 2024 also featured acclaimed designers such as Brilianto, Asdar Habib, Dekranasda NTB x BI KPW NTB, Wignyo, Luvnic by Luffi, House of Inang, and Susan Budihardjo x Tador. These designers not only displayed creative ingenuity but also incorporated rich local cultural elements, enhancing the diversity of the collections showcased on the Bali runway.
