GRAND CONCERT "HERE I AM" BY ROSSA: A NIGHT OF COLLABORATION AND POSITIVE ENERGY SET TO IGNITE JAKARTA
Experience a one-of-a-kind journey that takes the audience through an emotional ride, featuring Rossa's greatest hits
Rossa, often hailed as Indonesia’s Queen of Pop, will once again take the stage for a solo concert, "Here I Am," on May 23, 2025, at the Indonesia Arena, Senayan, Jakarta. This concert marks a significant milestone in Rossa’s career, celebrating three decades of success in the Indonesian music scene. However, this event is more than just a performance. With the theme "Celebrating a New Era: Music, Movement, and Meaning," Rossa aims to deliver more than just entertainment. She intends to share a vital message about mental health, a cause she believes is crucial for everyone to address collectively.
During the concert, Rossa will perform 30 songs, including three new tracks created in collaboration with Dipha Barus. These songs, titled "Asmara Dansa," feature the tracks "Serasa," "Juwita," and "Sinaran." By focusing on mental health, Rossa hopes to inspire her audience to pay closer attention to their mental well-being and that of those around them. Rossa believes that mental health is not just an individual issue but a societal one that requires collective action and awareness.
The concert will also include exciting collaborations with emerging talents like Bernadya, Yura Yunita, JKT48, and Dipha Barus. Each collaboration holds special meaning for Rossa. For example, Bernadya, who often shares melancholic songs with her, and Yura Yunita, whose lyrical messages have inspired Rossa. These collaborations will add depth and excitement to the concert, making it a truly memorable event.
Inspired by Coldplay’s "Music of the Spheres World Tour," which focuses on sustainability with energy-saving initiatives and waste management, Rossa will implement a similar eco-conscious approach for her own concert. She has partnered with environmental organizations and waste artisans to ensure the concert is more sustainable. A standout collaboration is with the Get Plastic Foundation, which transforms plastic waste into energy. Plastic waste collected from various sources will be converted into fuel for the concert’s generators, helping reduce the event's environmental footprint.
Beyond Jakarta, the "Here I Am" concert will also be held in Malaysia on June 14 and in Singapore on November 8. This concert is more than just a musical showcase; it serves as a celebration of Indonesian women, with Rossa as a role model—a mother, a legendary artist, and a strong, resilient woman who continues to evolve. Through this concert, Rossa aims to inspire people to embrace their best selves while recognizing the importance of social collaboration and environmental responsibility.
The "Here I Am" concert offers a rare chance to experience music that is both inspiring and meaningful. With stunning stage designs, immersive visual technology, and an iconic setlist, the concert stands as a testament to Rossa’s commitment to innovation and her positive impact, both in music and in raising awareness of critical issues that affect us all.
