October 2025 marks a historic milestone for Indonesian sports as the nation is currently hosting the 53rd Artistic Gymnastics World Championships, a prestigious event organized by the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG). The competition is taking place from October 19 to 25, 2025, at Indonesia Arena in Jakarta, marking the first edition of this global championship ever held in Southeast Asia.
