The Tastes of Java: Celebrating the rich culinary heritage of Java, Amanjiwo presents 'Javanese Table' – a refined three-day culinary journey to experience the flavors of Java surrounded by magnificent mountains and unobstructed views of the Borobudur Temple. The journey commences with a Cultural Lecture by Amanjiwo's Resident Anthropologist, Patrick Vanhoebrouck, followed by an exquisite 5-course dinner prepared by Chefs Petty Elliott and Reza Kurniawan.

The second day begins with a traditional Javanese breakfast by the Progo River, followed by an afternoon in the resort's Library where guests can engage with Chef Petty Elliott and own a signed copy of "The Indonesian Table." The day concludes with a visit to Pak Bilal's house for a glimpse into Javanese rural life and an enchanting dinner. The final day begins with breakfast at Amanjiwo's Gubuk Sawah Garden with a view of the Borobudur Temple and the volcano peaks in the distance, followed by a magnificent 6-course meal at the Borobudur Temple.
