Set to electrify Jakarta as the global group returns to connect with fans through a spectacular live performance at the end of 2026

After nearly a decade, BTS is set to reunite with fans in Indonesia through a full member concert as part of the BTS World Tour 2026–2027. Jakarta has officially been confirmed as one of the tour destinations, with concerts scheduled for December 26 and 27, 2026. The announcement was made via BIGHIT MUSIC’s official website on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, Korea Standard Time, bringing long awaited excitement to Indonesian ARMY.

All seven members RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will take the stage in Jakarta for two consecutive nights. This moment is particularly meaningful, as it marks BTS’s first performance in Indonesia with a complete lineup in nine years. The group last appeared in the country as seven members in 2017, before shifting focus to individual projects and fulfilling mandatory military service.

Jakarta is also reported to serve as the final stop of BTS’s 2026 tour schedule, before the world tour continues into 2027 with stops in several other cities, including Australia and Hong Kong. This highlights Indonesia’s strategic importance within BTS’s global tour route and reflects the strong connection between the group and their Indonesian fanbase.

The BTS World Tour 2026–2027 will take place on a massive scale, spanning 34 cities across five continents with a total of 79 performances. The tour signifies BTS’s official return to the international stage after all members have completed their military duties and resumed activities as a full group. It will open in Goyang, South Korea, on April 9, 11, and 12, 2026, before continuing across Asia, Europe, North America, and Latin America.

Beyond the tour, 2026 also marks BTS’s long awaited musical comeback with the release of a new album. Scheduled for March 20, 2026, the album will feature 14 new tracks and become the group’s first full lineup release in nearly five years. The project represents a new chapter for BTS, showcasing their collective creativity and shared vision as they reconnect with fans through fresh music.

The confirmation of the Jakarta concerts has been met with overwhelming enthusiasm from Indonesian ARMY, who have eagerly anticipated BTS’s return since their last appearance.
