Nestled amidst the enchanting hilltops of Vence, this Provençal gem promises a luxurious experience like no other. With its elegant ambiance and breathtaking views extending to the coastline, The Palace offers an idyllic setting for guests to indulge in the culinary creations of renowned chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois.

Le Saint-Martin, the property's gastronomic restaurant, boasts not only exceptional views but also a menu crafted with authentic Provençal flavors using the finest seasonal ingredients. The talented chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois, who earned a Michelin star in 2017, showcases his culinary expertise with refined and exquisite dishes, immersing guests in a symphony of taste and elegance.

During the summer season, guests can enjoy the charming ambiance of L'Oliveraie, the outdoor restaurant surrounded by century-old olive trees and fragrant Ronsard roses. From June to August, the menu offers a delightful selection of options for lunch, including grilled meats, wood-fired oven pizzas, sun-drenched salads, and a variety of Mediterranean dishes.

Adding to the allure of The Palace, the upcoming 'Les Estivales' event promises unforgettable summer evenings filled with joy and entertainment. 'Les Estivales' will take place on June 8th and 21st, July 6th and 20th, as well as August 3rd, 17th, and 31st, 2023.
