A delightful fusion of Polish culinary artistry and cultural elegance, celebrated in the enchanting atmosphere

On November 12, 2024, an exclusive culinary experience titled "Dining in Nature" was successfully held at PITA SCBD, Sequis Center, Mezzanine, South Jakarta. This event offered a unique opportunity to enjoy the exquisite Polish culinary arts, combined with an artistic atmosphere and profound cultural touches.  

The event began with remarks from several prominent figures, including Bapak Alwi Sjaaf, Chargé d'affaires Bapak Maciej Tumulec, and Bapak Jacek Kolomyjec. Their speeches highlighted the event’s purpose as a cultural bridge between Indonesia and Poland, followed by a video presentation and an insightful explanation by Bapak Cezary Filipek.  

The highlight of the evening was the dinner prepared by two talented chefs from Poland, M. Budynek and M. Olechno. Their dishes showcased the authentic flavors of Polish cuisine, focusing on a nature-inspired concept. Each dish not only delighted the palate but also conveyed stories of Poland's cultural beauty.

To enhance the experience, a musical performance by K. Skowroński and N. Ardi created a warm and harmonious ambiance. Their melodies added an artistic dimension, deepening the event's overall impression.  

Dining in Nature not only presented culinary delights but also served as a platform to strengthen cultural connections. With guests from diverse backgrounds, including art, media, and culture, the event successfully fostered meaningful interactions. This event demonstrated how cross-cultural collaboration can create inspiring and memorable experiences while reinforcing ties between the two nations.
