Embracing the spirit of sport tourism, this event invites runners to explore the stunning route along the Senggigi Beach coastline in Lombok, one of the most captivating destinations in West Nusa Tenggara.

As a pioneer of both trail and road running events in Lombok, Merumatta proudly brings back this prestigious race through the Merumatta Coast Trail. More than just a competition, it offers an unforgettable running experience that blends camaraderie, tropical scenery, and the signature warmth of Lombok’s hospitality. With the blue ocean and rhythmic waves as its backdrop, the Merumatta Half Marathon 2025 offers runners a rare opportunity to enjoy the coastal beauty while challenging themselves in an atmosphere full of energy and excitement.

This year’s event features three main categories—21K, 10K, and 5K—making it accessible to participants of all levels, from professionals to beginners. The route stretches from Senggigi to Malimbu, renowned for its breathtaking coastal views and a mix of uphill and downhill tracks that bring both thrill and satisfaction to every runner.

Beyond the scenery, participants can enjoy a variety of facilities and benefits, including a running tee, BIB number and chip, finisher medal, finisher tee (for 21K runners), refreshment and hydration stations, e-certificates, and access to the Merumatta Lombok race village, which highlights the charm of Senggigi. The cut-off times are set at 4 hours for 21K, 2 hours for 10K, and 1.5 hours for 5K.
