Le Pristine Singapore occupies the space previously held by mezza9 and offers seating for 114 guests within a 650-square-meter area. The restaurant features two intimate dining spaces, separated by an open kitchen, along with five uniquely designed private dining rooms ideal for family gatherings or business meetings. With a casual fine dining approach, Chef Sergio serves New Italian cuisine, a contemporary homage to authentic Italian flavors and his deep-rooted Zeeland heritage.
The Fusion of Zeeland and Italian Flavors
The menu at Le Pristine Singapore artfully combines pure Italian flavors with Chef Sergio's rich Zeeland heritage. Located on the southwestern coast of the Netherlands, Zeeland is famous for its clean waters and outstanding seafood, which significantly influences Chef Sergio's culinary creations. The menu highlights signature dishes that embody New Italian cuisine while incorporating local influences inspired by Singapore's diverse culinary landscape.

The staff wears uniforms designed by the Danish-Italian firm OLDER.

A curated playlist of classic hits from artists such as Grace Jones, David Bowie, and Red Hot Chili Peppers enhances the vibrant atmosphere. At the top of the stairs, a bar invites guests to unwind with a cocktail, while a striking wine tunnel beckons wine enthusiasts to explore 150 hand-selected labels.
