This year, the legendary Day Zero festival officially makes its Indonesian debut through Day Zero Bali 2026. Taking place on April 17, 2026, at Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park, the festival offers a one-of-a-kind experience from sunset to sunrise, blending electronic music, spiritual energy, and Bali’s breathtaking natural landscape.

More than just a music festival, Day Zero is known as a celebration of transformation, connection, and self-exploration, creating a modern ritual atmosphere in an open-air setting.

Day Zero’s Journey: From Tulum to Bali

Day Zero was first launched in 2012, coinciding with the end of the Mayan calendar. The festival was created by Damian Lazarus together with Crosstown Rebels, with a vision to create a space where music, nature, art, and spiritual energy come together.

Born in the jungles of Tulum, Mexico, Day Zero quickly grew into one of the world’s most iconic electronic music festivals. Each edition is known for its strong artistic concept, immersive visuals, and forward-thinking music curation.

Now, Bali marks an exciting new chapter in Day Zero’s journey. The Island of the Gods is considered a perfect match for the festival’s spirit, thanks to its rich culture, stunning scenery, and deeply rooted spiritual atmosphere.

Main Festival at GWK: Sunset to Sunrise

The highlight of Day Zero Bali 2026 will take place at Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park on Friday, April 17, 2026. The main event will run from sunset until sunrise, featuring a spectacular stage set against the iconic Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue.

This year’s lineup features some of the biggest names in electronic music, including:

Adding a local touch, the festival will also feature a live performance by Gamelan Semara Ratih, beautifully blending traditional Balinese culture with modern electronic sounds.

Day Zero Bali is more than a one-night event. From April 14 to 19, 2026, the festival unfolds as a week-long series of rituals across Bali, including sunset gatherings, night ceremonies, pre-parties, and afterparties at exclusive venues.

The festival is also presented in collaboration with Savaya Group, known for creating premium entertainment experiences across the island. This partnership strengthens Day Zero’s concept as a space where music, design, culture, and human connection come together.
