Located above the hotel lobby, this bar is nestled in the heart of the iconic Tanah Merah building, which celebrates Singapore's rich heritage as a former pineapple plantation. The Pineapple Room seamlessly blends historical and contemporary elements, creating the ideal setting to relax while enjoying stunning architecture and a warm ambiance.

The experience begins in the newly renovated hotel lobby, featuring elegant and comfortable seating areas. The walls are adorned with warm-toned wallpaper showcasing floral and faunal motifs, alongside photographs of Singapore from the 1940s to the 1960s by renowned architectural photographer Marjorie Doggett. This inviting atmosphere welcomes guests as they ascend the staircase to The Living Room and The Pineapple Room.

By day, The Living Room serves as a cozy retreat where guests can enjoy light snacks and beverages. As dusk falls, this space transforms into The Pineapple Room, offering a refined bar experience designed to inspire authentic connections and meaningful conversations. The room pays tribute to its predecessor, which was once a gathering place for The Royal Artillery and their loved ones to enjoy tea parties and celebrations.

The Pineapple Room's interior is filled with rattan chairs and vintage lighting that evoke a soft, nostalgic ambiance. At its heart lies a stunning dark teak bar with a Carrara marble countertop, beautifully contrasting with the pristine white walls. The modern design thoughtfully integrates historical elements, including vintage maps celebrating Singapore’s history and botanical and pineapple paintings commissioned from local artists.

The signature cocktail, Triple P, features tropical pineapple as its base, blended with reposado, agave nectar, lime, orange bitters, and a hint of chili salt. Refreshing on the palate, this cocktail pays tribute to Sentosa Island’s history as a thriving pineapple plantation in the 1840s. Another standout, Scarlet Rouge, offers a delightful twist on the iconic Mary Pickford cocktail, combining dark rum, cherry liqueur, pineapple, pomegranate, bitters, and edible gold.
