BALISPIRIT FESTIVAL 2026: YOGA, MUSIC & SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE

Global wellness event in Ubud celebrating yoga, music, and spirituality through workshops, performances, and community gatherings

BaliSpirit Festival 2026 officially opened on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at The Yoga Barn in Ubud. Now in its 17th edition, this international festival returns with the theme “Welcome Home,” inviting participants to reconnect with themselves through a journey of spirituality, self-awareness, and environmental consciousness.

As one of the world’s largest wellness festivals, BaliSpirit Festival 2026 officially opened with a strong spirit of global collaboration, bringing together yoga practitioners, artists, musicians, and communities from dozens of countries.

The opening series began with a Free Launch Party at The Yoga Barn, followed by an Open Access Community Day on April 16, 2026.

Interestingly, several festival areas were open to the public free of charge, including the Grove Stage, Tea Temple, Spirit Pools, World Peace Garden, and Dharma Fair.

The Philosophy of Tri Hita Karana in Every Activity

Embracing the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, the festival is guided by a mission to create harmony between humans, nature, and spirituality. This principle forms the foundation of all festival activities.

The program includes yoga, meditation, healing sessions, breathwork, bodywork, and personal development discussions. Each session is designed to provide participants with a deep and transformative experience.

Art, Music, and Balinese Tradition Collaboration

As part of the opening celebration, BaliSpirit Festival featured a collaborative performance combining electronic gamelan music with contemporary Balinese dance by I Putu Adi Septa Suweca Putra, Janurangga, and Ayu Anantha.

This collaboration presents a unique blend of tradition and innovation, strengthening Bali’s cultural identity in a global context.

A Wide Range of Engaging Activities

Throughout the festival, which runs until April 19, 2026, BaliSpirit Festival offers a full daily program from morning until night.

Daytime sessions include workshops such as Yin Yoga, Sufism sessions, cacao ceremonies, empowerment yoga, sound healing, and breathwork. International facilitators bring diverse approaches that enrich the participants’ experience.

In the evening, the festival features world music performances from both international and local artists such as Abink, Afrosideral Band, Ji Nya, Prabumi & Resonance Hati Frequency, and Silicon Babas.

These performances create a warm and inclusive celebration atmosphere, turning Ubud into a vibrant center of creative and spiritual energy throughout the festival.

The festival takes place at two main locations in Ubud: The Yoga Barn on Jalan Hanoman and Puri Padi Hotel. Both venues are located near the center of Ubud, making them easily accessible by walking or local transportation.

With the theme “Welcome Home,” BaliSpirit Festival 2026 serves as a global meeting space that brings together spirituality, art, and environmental awareness. The festival is not only a cultural celebration but also a journey toward inner balance and harmony with nature.
