This year, the journey toward the grand cultural showcase becomes even more exciting with the Grand Final of The Audition, bringing together 50 of the best dancers from across the country.

This audition serves as a gateway for young talents to take part in a spectacular performance known as one of the finest representations of Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage. Through a rigorous online selection process, the finalists have earned their place on the Grand Final stage, held on April 26, 2026 at Grand Indonesia East Mall in Jakarta.

A Platform for Talents from Sabang to Merauke

The Sabang Merauke Performance is more than just an artistic show; it is a reflection of Indonesia’s cultural harmony. From traditional dances and music to Nusantara textiles, all elements are brought together in one grand and meaningful stage production.

Through this audition, participants are evaluated not only on their technical skills but also on their understanding of the cultural values they represent. In front of a distinguished panel of judges including Raisa, Giok Hartono, Rusmedie Agus, Sandhidea, and Dian Bokir, the finalists deliver their best performances with dedication and passion.

Since its debut in 2022, the Sabang Merauke Performance has grown into one of Indonesia’s largest cultural showcases. Now in its seventh edition, the production continues to evolve by blending traditional and contemporary arts within a Broadway style theatrical presentation.

The show involves hundreds of artists from various generations, telling stories about the relationship between humans, nature, culture, and spirituality. Each element is designed to convey a message of unity in diversity, reflecting the essence of Indonesia’s national motto.

Road to Sabang Merauke Performance, Only Indonesia Has It

To celebrate this grand cultural event, a series of activities will take place on April 25 to 26, 2026 in Jakarta alongside the Grand Final of The Audition.

The lineup begins with the Grand Final of the iForte National Dance Competition Inspirasi Diri on April 25, 2026 at Grand Indonesia. On April 26, 2026, the Parade Inspirasi Diri will take place during Jakarta’s Car Free Day at Bundaran HI from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM, followed by the Grand Final of The Audition later that evening.
