In March 2026, Qarrar secured second place on the podium at the WSK Super Master Series Round 5 held at Franciacorta Karting Track in Brescia, Italy. Competing in the OK class with WARD Racing, he demonstrated exceptional consistency and skill using a combination of Parolin chassis and TM Kart engine.

A Promising Start: Qualifying and Heat Sessions

Qarrar began the racing weekend with a strong performance in the Qualifying Practice session, finishing eighth in Group C. His consistency continued throughout the heat sessions:

  • Heat C-E: 2nd place
  • Heat C-D: 1st place
  • Heat A-C: 5th place
  • Heat B-C: 7th place

These results placed Qarrar third in the provisional standings and secured his spot in the prefinal for Group A.

Prefinal: Tight Competition at the Front

Starting the prefinal from second position, Qarrar briefly dropped to third in the opening laps but quickly regained his rhythm and pressured the leaders. By lap five, he reclaimed second place and chased the race leader. Although he lost two positions on lap ten, he finished the prefinal in fourth, maintaining a strong starting position of third for the final race.

Final: Consistency Leads to the Podium

In the final race, Qarrar started third and immediately showed competitive form, staying close to the front pack while fending off challenges from behind. He maintained his impressive performance until the checkered flag, finishing in second place and proudly raising the Indonesian flag on the international podium.

This achievement highlights Qarrar Firhand Ali’s immense potential, following his victory in the opening round of the WSK Euro Series 2026 OK category at the Viterbo International Circuit in Italy. He won that race by a margin of 4.679 seconds over his teammate from Spain, Benjamin Manach. The victory put him in the lead of the Euro Series OK Championship standings with 111 points, well ahead of his closest competitor from Germany, Luke Kornder.
