Yayasan Cipta Pribadi Unggul proudly announces the successful organization of the Indonesia International Piano Competition (IIPC) 2024. Held from July 8 to 14, 2024, at the H. Usmar Ismail Film Center in Kuningan, South Jakarta, this prestigious event captivated classical music enthusiasts worldwide. It not only demonstrated significant year-on-year growth but also solidified its standing as a global platform for young international pianists.

At its core, IIPC 2024 aimed to foster an environment conducive to talent development, enabling young musicians to achieve their full potential. With aspirations to become one of Asia-Pacific's foremost competitions, IIPC 2024 underscored its commitment to advancing classical music and empowering the next generation of Indonesian pianists.

Helen Gumanti, President of IIPC, expressed her pride in the competition's success in Indonesia. She highlighted IIPC's role as a dedicated platform supporting the advancement of young pianists globally and domestically. Witnessing exceptional talents from diverse countries deeply moved her, inspiring hopes for even greater success and the continued growth of classical music in Indonesia.

Participants from 10 countries, including Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam, Australia, South Korea, and others, showcased their skills before 11 esteemed judges from 8 nations, including Andreas Frölich from Germany, Pascal Nemirovski from the UK, and Rachel Naomi Kudo from the US. Their presence lent significant credibility to the competition.

Pascal Nemirovski, one of the distinguished judges, remarked, "I am impressed by the professional organization of this competition. Participants demonstrated exceptional talent, instilling confidence in the future of classical music. I appreciate IIPC's role in nurturing young pianists and developing their skills."
