Situated on the second and third floors of a renovated shophouse in Sukhumvit 22, Carito’s offers a lively dining experience with a vibrant wine bar atmosphere. The restaurant combines innovative dishes with a selection of Latin American wines and cocktails, creating a flavorful culinary journey for guests to explore the diverse tastes of Latin America.

Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Latin America, Carito’s reinterprets classic recipes using modern techniques. Each dish is carefully prepared and paired with a curated selection of wines and cocktails from Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Signature dishes include the Beef Shank Barbacoa, a slow-cooked beef shank served with mole poblano and mojo verde, and the Sea Bream Aguachile, featuring locally sourced sea bream paired with watermelon agua chile, chamomile salt, finger lime, and chive oil.

One standout option is Sourdough & Honey, a sourdough mead made from Sarnies’ extra sourdough loaves, wildflower honey, osmanthus, lemon, and native yeast. Tepache, a homemade fermented pineapple drink made with local piloncillo, is also available.
