Negroni Week, an annual celebration of the world's favorite classic cocktail, is back, and this time, it's raising a toast to "The Power of Timeless Bonds." Hosted by Campari, the event combines exquisite libations with philanthropy and showcases the enduring allure of the Negroni cocktail, dating back to 1919.

In its 11th edition, Negroni Week will be Campari's most extensive yet, with over 90 bars participating across Singapore from September 18 to 24, 2023. The theme emphasizes the vital connections between bartenders, patrons, and mixology, all united by Campari's bittersweet complexity.

From Humble Origins to Global Impact

Negroni Week, launched in 2013 by Imbibe Magazine, has blossomed into a global sensation. This enduring initiative marries the art of mixology with philanthropy, supporting charitable causes while celebrating the iconic Negroni. Over the years, it has raised over US$4 million for charitable organizations worldwide.

This year, Negroni Week collaborates with Slow Food International, a global organization committed to preserving traditional gastronomy and sustainable food production. Participating bars will contribute a minimum registration fee of $25, which will fund the Negroni Week Fund created by Slow Food International, benefiting local projects. Bars can also donate a portion of their Negroni sales during the week to chosen local charities.

A Sip of Unique Creations

During Negroni Week, bars will craft their own unique Negroni variations, allowing enthusiasts to embark on a flavor journey. Over 90 bars, including favorites like Jigger & Pony and Tess Bar & Kitchen, will join the festivities alongside newcomers like NightHawk and Puffy Bois.

1. Opening Music Night at Offtrack

• Campari kicks off the week with an immersive music night at Offtrack, a bar renowned for its music-centric atmosphere. Darker than Wax and Ice Cream Sundays, local collectives, will provide vinyl tunes, ensuring an unforgettable evening.

2. Aperitivo Night at Puffy Bois

• Date & Time: September 21, 6:00 PM
• Location: Puffy Bois
• Puffy Bois, a cocktail meets pizza bar on Bali Lane, will host an Aperitivo night on September 21. Guests can enjoy specially crafted pizzas paired with Negronis, with early birds treated to a complimentary slice of the campaign-exclusive pizza from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

3. Negroni Week X IHG Hotels & Resorts

• Campari partners with IHG Hotels & Resorts to present Negroni-themed experiences at selected properties. Guests can savor unique Negroni variations, and a portion of proceeds will support partnering charities.

4. Enjoy Negroni Responsibly with TADA

• Campari joins forces with TADA, Singapore's zero-commission ride-hailing service, to ensure responsible drinking. Over 100 bars and restaurants will display reminders, and TADA users can enjoy discounted rides home from their Campari cocktail purchases.
