On Thursday, December 15, 2022, The Kingdom of Bahrain celebrated its National Day at The Langham, Jakarta.

After listening to the anthems of the two countries, Bahrain and Indonesia, the opening speeches from H.E. Ahmed Abdulla Ahmed Alharmasi Alhajeri, The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Republic of Indonesia, to the cutting of the cake, followed by ambassadors from various countries for Indonesia became the official marker of the opening of this reception.

"The two friendly countries, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and His Excellency President Joko Widodo, President of the Republic of Indonesia, has good relations, which form a solid basis for further cooperation in many fields for the mutual benefit of the two friendly peoples and countries," said H.E. Ahmed Abdulla Ahmed Alharmasi Alhajeri.

The Kingdom of Bahrain is an Important partner and brother to the Republic of Indonesia. The two countries have established diplomatic relations since 1976 and fostered closer ties at the government level and among its people. 

Even if Indonesia and Bahrain processed different and diverse potentials, the differences could forge this aspect to complement each other. This complementary is an essential asset for more substantial corporations to promote prosperity and the well-being of the two nations' peoples.

Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise of the Republic of Indonesia, H.E. Minister Deden Masduki, is convinced that Indonesia and the Kingdom of Bahrain will have stronger bilateral relations. It is a shared determination of Indonesian governments, which are committed to implementing to bring more significant benefits to the other peoples of the two nations.
