Ruangguru Clash of Champions is a bold initiative by Ruangguru, a leading educational startup in Indonesia. This event not only entertains but also tests the intelligence and abilities of students from various prestigious universities across the country. Since its premiere on June 29, 2024, the first season has brought unforgettable excitement through various streaming services. The show is broadcast live through the Ruangguru mobile application and Ruangguru's YouTube channel.

The event features top participants from numerous universities in Indonesia, competing both individually and in teams. They face various challenges that require exceptional skills in mathematics, deduction, and memorization. These high-difficulty challenges include arithmetic tests, logical reasoning, and critical information memorization. Each episode presents a major challenge for all participants, serving as a defining moment for their survival in the competition.

In its first season, Ruangguru Clash of Champions invited 40 students from 14 universities across Indonesia. Seven universities sent more than one representative, with the University of Indonesia (UI) and Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) being the most dominant, each sending eight participants. Their presence solidifies the academic quality of these institutions and demonstrates the high competitive spirit among Indonesian students.

Starting from the second episode, an additional ten Indonesian students studying abroad joined the competition. They come from prestigious institutions such as the National University of Singapore (NUS), Oxford University, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), and others. These participants are not only active academically but have also achieved remarkable success abroad. Their presence adds an international nuance to the competition.

After some participants have been eliminated in various challenges, the time has come to determine the winner. The final match among the smart students of Clash of Champions by Ruangguru can be watched live at Balai Sarbini, Jakarta. This final chapter duel will take place on August 17, 2024. Not only will attendees witness the competition among the Clash of Champions finalists, but the event will also include Meet and Greet sessions with 49 participants, Inspirational Talks, Workshops, and Fun Games.

The Meet and Greet will be divided into three sessions: Morning Session, Afternoon Session, and one special session where all the Champions from the previous two sessions will gather. Interestingly, the entire venue will be divided according to the sessions and ticket categories, similar to the categorization of a music concert.

With its engaging concept and thrilling challenges, Ruangguru Clash of Champions not only attracts competition and education enthusiasts in Indonesia but also opens up opportunities for students to showcase their potential and achievements.
