A night where culinary mastery and mixology artistry unite in a symphony of flavors

An extraordinary evening of fine dining and expertly crafted cocktails is currently unfolding in Ubud this Saturday, March 1, 2024. Apéritif Restaurant is teaming up with Saltlick and Ku De Ta to present an exclusive collaboration that is merging culinary mastery with mixology excellence. This one-night-only event is bringing together two acclaimed chefs, Nic Vanderbeeken of Apéritif and Jeremy Hunt of Saltlick, for a special Kitchen Takeover.

Following the success of their first collaboration in December 2024 at Saltlick, Seminyak, this latest edition is delivering an elevated dining experience in Apéritif’s elegant setting. The specially curated menu is blending Chef Nic’s modern European techniques with Chef Jeremy’s farm-to-table philosophy, creating a bold and exquisite fusion of flavors.

Guests are currently indulging in a meticulously crafted seven-course degustation menu, featuring premium ingredients, daring flavors, and masterful cooking techniques. Each dish is showcasing the unique synergy between Apéritif and Saltlick, offering a refined and unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Adding another layer of sophistication, Ku De Ta is taking over Apéritif’s Pinstripe Bar from 5 PM onwards, offering expertly mixed cocktails to complement the evening’s culinary journey. Behind the bar, two renowned mixologists, Panji Wisrawan and Leo Gunawan, are crafting signature cocktails for the night. Leo, Ku De Ta’s Bar Manager since 2012, has designed a menu of cocktails that seamlessly blend timeless classics with modern innovations. Meanwhile, Panji, winner of the 2019 Campari Bartender Competition, is introducing creative concoctions inspired by Bali’s rich local ingredients.
