Despite this progress, socio-economic and educational disparities still pose challenges, affecting the competitiveness of disabled individuals in the job market. The Colors of Disability Arts exhibition seeks to address these issues by amplifying the voices of disabled artists and promoting inclusivity in the creative sector.

The exhibition is the result of a collaborative effort involving the Andien Aisyah Foundation and musician Andien Aisyah, known for her advocacy on disability issues.
