Along the way, it will pass through key cities and regencies such as Kupang, Kefamenanu, Atambua, Soe, Waingapu, Tambolaka, Larantuka, Maumere, Ende, Bajawa, and Ruteng before reaching the final destination in Labuan Bajo.

Seventeen teams representing 13 countries are confirmed to compete. The first three stages promise a combination of challenging routes, breathtaking scenery, and authentic cultural experiences. Stage 1 starts in Kupang and continues to Kefamenanu via Soe, covering 198.9 kilometers with a maximum elevation of 800 meters.
