Crafted with meticulous attention to detail by The Lanesborough's Head Pastry Chef, Salvatore Mungiovino, the menu is a tribute to the iconic characters of Queen Charlotte and the architectural magnificence of "Lanesborough House," which underwent a fashionable classical transformation in 1825 by William Wilkins, representing the pinnacle of the Regency era and now standing as London's quintessential Regency building.

This indulgence comprises a 54% chocolate mousse planet sphere, jasmin-infused dark chocolate ganache, coca sable, and an enchanting blue and white glaze adorned with universal stars.

The Lady Violet

An elegant chocolate bavaroise creation accompanied by mango compote, lime chantilly, and a shortbread base, finished with tempered chocolate and delicate sugar flowers, reflecting Lady Violet's impeccable fashion sense.
