Gardens by the Bay invites visitors to experience a breathtaking floral spectacle at Disney Garden of Wonder, now on display at Floral Fantasy. This enchanting exhibition showcases larger-than-life topiaries and floral sculptures inspired by beloved Disney and Pixar characters. Rooted in the long-standing tradition of Disney-themed topiaries at Walt Disney World, this special showcase brings a fresh interpretation to Singapore, with support from Disney and the Singapore Tourism Board.

A Stunning Display of Floral Artistry

The exhibition features over 6,000 preserved plants from 40 species, creating a mesmerizing blend of colors and textures, including sea holly, moss, baby's breath, and roses. Adding to the visual delight, more than 30,000 fresh and preserved plants enhance the surrounding landscape.

Each floral ornament is a masterpiece, meticulously handcrafted over 17,000 hours to bring Disney and Pixar characters to life. Ariel from The Little Mermaid, for instance, is adorned with Amaranthus caudatus, replicating the flowing red hair that moves like waves in water. Her mermaid tail shimmers in blue-green hues, crafted with Ruscus hypoglossum to mimic fish scales, while her signature seashell outfit is formed using uniquely textured blue-magenta hydrangeas.

Iconic Disney Characters in Bloom

Eight main floral ornaments at Disney Garden of Wonder feature different characters, including a three-meter-tall Mickey Mouse statue that welcomes visitors outside Floral Fantasy. Other characters include Steamboat Willie, Winnie the Pooh, Snow White, Ariel, Flounder, and Sebastian from The Little Mermaid, Mike and Sulley from Monsters, Inc., Carl Fredricksen, Russell, Dug, and Kevin from Up, as well as Buzz Lightyear, Woody, and the Aliens from Toy Story.

Beyond the floral exhibition, visitors can also indulge in Flavours of Singapore, a culinary experience featuring Singapore’s signature dishes with a Disney and Pixar twist. Special menu items include Donald Duck with Chilli Crab, which presents Singapore’s famous spicy crab dish, and Stitch with Durian, combining the mischievous space character Stitch with the country’s iconic durian. Other highlights include Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck with Ice Kachang, as well as Hidden Mickeys cleverly integrated into the rain curtain at Floral Fantasy.

Exhibition Details

The exhibition runs from December 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Tickets are priced at SGD 24 for adults and SGD 16 for children and senior citizens. Admission includes a shuttle service to Bayfront Plaza (the location of Floral Fantasy and Flower Dome). Visitors can reach the venue via MRT to Bayfront Station or by taxi and ride-hailing services, with drop-off at Bayfront Plaza parking.
